Shipping policy

Products are shipped within 5–7 business days. Once your tracking number is received, please use it to monitor your package status. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error must be handled through a USPS lost package claim. By Tori Larrae LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected packages once shipment confirmation has been provided. Shipped Products; loss or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer are non-refundable. A new purchase, including applicable shipping fees, will be required for reshipment.
