Refund policy

No refunds on Food Products or Catering! 

Shipped Products; loss or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer are non-refundable. A new purchase, including applicable shipping fees, will be required for reshipment.

Catering Cancellations: All payments are non-refundable. Cancellations made 15 days prior to the event will receive store credit for future catering or personal chef services, excluding any cost of perishable items. No credits are issued for cancellations within 14 days of event.
