Our weekly rotating meal prep menu is emailed to clients and posted every Tuesday, giving you plenty of time to select your favorites. Orders are prepared fresh and ready for pickup or delivery on Sunday, making it easy to start your week with delicious, chef-prepared meals already taken care of.
Whether you need healthy weekday lunches, satisfying dinners, or convenient comfort meals, our weekly meal prep services are designed for busy professionals, families, and individuals.
Customized meal prep packages are also available to accommodate dietary preferences, nutritional goals, and specific food preferences.
How to Order
1. View the Weekly Menu
Our rotating menu is posted every Tuesday.
2. Place Your Order
Email or use the contact form below to place your order.
3. Order by Thursday at 7 PM
All orders must be submitted by the deadline.
4. Pay by Friday at 12 PM
You’ll receive an online invoice by email. Payment in full is required by Friday 12pm to confirm your order.
5. Sunday Pickup or Delivery
Your meals will be ready for Sunday pickup or delivery.
Must disclose any allergens before ordering.
